Don't buy this! I have 3 of the anti loss devices and all they do is keep disconnecting and reconnecting. The result, I CAN'T USE IT TO FIND MY F THINGS because it is disconnected when I need it. And for the worse, it keeps ringing my phone when it reconnected (which can happens ANYTIME when it feel like) It woke me up from bed for nothing. Even though I set everything up in the app, it ignore my settings. So the app is so buggy and all the system is not reliable.
Useless, does not work: can't connect to the device. First it connects, after retrying after few days - sticks on searching and cannot find the device. It's the purpose od the device, if it's not connected, it doesn't make a sound and cannot be seen on the map. So what's the point?
I added in the Ranres app, but not possible to add it in the Mi Home app (first main interest for me) The device worked for 5 Min to find the keys (I attached the to the keys) but now I cannot find the keys (device does not ring anymore, useless) ... I can only double click on function button and an alert is displayed on phone. Same issue on iOS and Android 11 :( So main function to find objects does not work!!
