Today, I attempted to enhance my unlimited 2Mbps package to the 4Mbps option through this application. I made sure to deposit the precise amount required for the upgrade. However, despite my efforts, the application did not permit me to proceed with the upgrade. Instead, it reverted to my previous package and did not allow any further upgrades or deactivations. My experience with Dialog services has been disappointing.
"A Disappointing Experience with Dialog App - 0 Stars" I recently used the Dialog App, a cellular service provider's app, and it turned out to be an extremely frustrating experience, prompting me to give it a 0-star rating. The app consistently fails to function when it's most needed, exhibiting practically zero functionality. This flaw not only creates immense frustration but also leads to chaos for its users. One of the most critical issues I encountered was post-payment dysfunctionality.
Terrible app. Slow to respond and you're always left wondering whether the "oops, an error has occurred" screen will pop up when you select an option. No option to deactivate recurring data packages from within the app, you have to use the #678# menu for that (what is this, 2001?) which is just as slow and unresponsive as the app itself. Nefarious behavior - If you go into the app settings and toggle off the promotional messages, the next time you go in there it will toggle itself back on.
