Absolutely woeful. For a company that's so reliant on Tech, the app is shockingly lacking. I thought Eir was bad, but you've surpassed them (nothing to be proud of). Content is very limited as regards what you can do in-app. Everything I click on brings me to a browser, which btw, is extremely difficult to navigate. Feel like I'm going around in circles. And please sort the Schedule TopUp option. I've saved it 3 times now and it keeps disappearing.
I have just moved from Vodafone to 3 and I can't even register yet alone use the app. I click on the link in the email to verify my account then tells me it's failed and to register again. But when you do it says there's already an account in that email. But it won't log in, it tells me I need to register. Makes My Vodafone look good which is something I thought I'd never say. Not looking good for the next 2 years. Update: app verified and working. Seems to work okay.
Terrible app. Incredibly slow to load, each page is like a web browser page. Except you can't easily go back a page. Brings you to your browser to complete some actions. Can't view your scheduled top ups. Can't cancel them. Nothing is clear or easy to figure out.
