Not a complete app. I purchased the Pro and was disappointed, got a refund. App has potential if they would put more into it. Example: ON the shading you can't input the panel dimensions only approx. When running the shading it won't allow landscape position. I never saw the 3D shading simulation plus your not told if it's a 9 to 3 time range and not knowing make for non usable data for real world panel spacing. Also the azimuth and compassion readings were way off using the panel tilt tool.
I tried out solar panel light and was impressed. I updated to solar panel Pro and was disappointed to find that the longitude and latitude no longer worked. Hence, many calculations were off. There is a lot of features in Pro that I would like to have. As soon as you get Pro working I will be glad to purchase the upgrade again. I am using a Samsung s20. EDIT... it was operator error the entire time. I have purchased the upgrade again after refunding it.
Unknown! I am trying to use the app to build a complete Solar Panels Systems for both a business and a homestead for several people who are important to me. I am not sure how to use this app but it's got the most complete information about using a Solar System and Storage Unit for the electricity I'm going to need to be able to cover a large number of acres of land. I have every hope that this app will be sufficient until I need to upgrade to the Pro version of this app.
