I have to say that tracker side of the app is real bad. I'm not sure if it's to do with the challenge or it was always like that, but it stops mid run and you can't save your progress or complete your run unless you have another way of tracking time/mileage. just so disappointed as I was looking for an app that has a running program. Gotta love the response from support - just run with your phone screen unlocked while we try to fix it. Anyone who runs outside knows it's just not feasible.
Love the app! The workouts are very easy to follow and there's so much variety depending on what I feel like working on. Only thing that annoys me is the recipes on my schedule. Is there a way I can remove them from my daily schedule? I just want it to list the workouts I've done. Thanks!!
This app is fantastic! I have tried so many different programs and this one is the best. Ignore any reviews from 2020 and 21, so many improvements have occurred since then. The recipes are really good! The kids will even eat them. Lots of different workout styles to choose from so you will definitely find something you love. Kikas workouts and the new programs are awesome. Just try it. You will like it.
