Pathetic app. They let you submit the application without the document. Later they ask for multiple documents which is ok. But they need us to take a printout of the bank page and send it to them. If I wanted to go through all this hassle I would have gone to the bank instead. There should be a way to fill the reload form online. On top of that when I asked them to cancel the order as I don't have a printer available to print the bank page I was told that I'll be charged 2% cancellation fees.
Have had a very horrible experience with them. They are very quick in taking new order but when you have to unload the forex amount back to your bank account, they delay and their customer care does not respond to the calls. Their app is also very inaccurate. Would not recommended bookmyforex to anyone.
1. Do not work when you really need it, 2. reloading of fund takes its own time. 3. You do not get the support on time. 4. For the mail complaint or support no answers. 5. While traveling I loaded the money and it did not show on my balance. 6. I was stranded without money. 7. It is not like they showcase themselves. 8. All thet advertse are not realistic. 9. Its very hard to reach them when required for support. 10. I lost my money Rs. 50,000 un answered and unknown. 11.. no response yet.
