Helpful in tracking fasts. The Feb, 2024 update is HORRIBLE. Thome page with the fasting timer no longer automatically opens when you open the app. You wait FOREVER, and sometimes the timer oprns and sometimes it doesn't. I'm taking a star away because of this. I wish I could go back to the app prior to the update!!
I love this app!! I am an experienced faster, but I need a way to track other than my calendar. I use this in conjunction with a glucose and ketone monitor. Being able to log my levels in the app is super convenient. With that additional tracking, I feel like I am getting a better overall picture of my fasting journey. I did buy the plus membership. I am enjoying the library of information available. No issues since beginning use. Would recommend.
app has some issues. It asks you to log journal entries but they can't be found after entered. Found out that this function is not possible on android, despite being advertised as part of the premium version. Customer service is responsive and the app has many helpful tips and good features. Some of the charts are hard to figure out but they do have a good help section and as said CS is responsive and helpful.
