Jerusalem is a sacred place for Christians, Muslims and Jews, an object of pilgrimage for believers from all over the world and simply a city full of life, the oldest in the Middle East. On ancient maps it is depicted in the center of the world, it is here that many events described in the Bible took place. Over the millennia of its existence, it has repeatedly become the occasion for bloody wars and fierce disputes.
