It is an informative medium that was born from the great needs of the southern Honduran people. Lic. Cruz Reynaldo Álvarez Lagos has taken it upon himself to create this project with the sole objective that there be something different in southern Honduras in terms of free and direct television programming.

Entertaining, educating and guiding are some of the first objectives that Mr. Reynaldo Álvarez has taken to good.

To this we add that his greatest desire is to keep society informed throughout the department. But the biggest dream is to have a canal built on the Rock.
