Tarot cards are a divination tool that originated in Europe and its origin can be traced back to the late 15th century. It consists of 78 cards and can be divided into two parts, the Major Arcana and the Minor Arcana.

The Major Arcana consists of 22 cards that represent major life issues and different stages of the spiritual journey. Each card has a specific name and symbol, such as "The Fool", "The Magician", "The Empress", etc. These cards symbolize different aspects of personal growth, destiny transformation, spiritual awakening and self-actualization.


Minor Arcana consists of 56 cards, divided into four suits: Wands, Cups, Swords and Pentacles or coins. Each suit has 10 number cards (from Ace to 10), and four court cards (Page, Knight, Queen and King). These cards represent different situations, challenges and relationships in everyday life.

Tarot readings are done in many ways, most commonly through tarot readers who gain information and insight from the images, symbols and arrangements of the cards, based on a question or theme. Tarot cards can provide inspiration, guidance and insight to help people better understand themselves, explore the future, solve problems and make choices.
