He is Sheikh Ibrahim bin Saeed bin Hamad Al-Dosari, a reciter and memorizer of the Noble Qur’an. He was born in 1965 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and received his general education in Riyadh schools. He studied and be in Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University - College of Fundamentals of Religion - Department of Quran and its Sciences in Riyadh, where he obtained a bachelor's degree with a grade of "very good" in 1986. In 1991 he obtained a master's degree with a grade of: "excellent". In 1994 he received a doctorate degree with first class honors.
He received the Noble Qur’an from beginning to end with the seven readings and the ten readings from the paths of Al-Shatibiah, Al-Durra and Al-Tayyibah in several seals on a number of the sheikhs of reading, and they all approved it.
He worked as a teacher in the Ministry of Education - Intermediate and Secondary School for Memorizing the Holy Qur’an in Riyadh in 1986. Then he moved to the Ministry of Higher Education, where he worked as a teaching assistant at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, College of Fundamentals of Religion, Department of the Qur’an and its Sciences in 1987, Riyadh, then a lecturer in 1992. Assistant Professor in 1995, then Associate Professor, then Professor in 2005.
In addition, Ibrahim Al-Dosari held several positions and assumed assignments at the local and national levels in several councils and committees, as he was appointed as a member of the committee for developing the curricula for the Diploma of Readings at the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion in 2000, and a member of the committee for developing the curricula for the readings path in teachers’ colleges in 2001. The Scientific Council of Al-Imam University for two years, starting in 2003. He was also a contributor to the founding committee of the Saudi Scientific Society for the Holy Qur’an and its Sciences in the same year, and then a member of the Supreme Council of Charitable Societies for the memorization of the Holy Qur’an.
Currently, he is an imam and preacher at the Prince Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud Mosque in Riyadh since 1983 and the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Chair for the Holy Qur’an.
He authored several books on readings, interpretation, the sciences of the Noble Qur’an, and the publication, among which we mention: Imam Al-Mutawali and his efforts in the science of readings, mentioning the Qur’an with the knowledge of David and Solomon - peace be upon them, explaining the introduction to the island, features of educational interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, highlighting the meanings by Quranic performance, methods used in teaching The subject of the Holy Qur’an in the Holy Qur’an memorization schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a glossary of terms in the science of Tajweed and readings in the year 1424 AH.
A conclusion was recorded for him with a narration of workshops on the authority of Nafi' in the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Noble Qur'an.
