Updated! I love this app once again! Developer responded & they fixed the issue. Great response time!! I loved this app until now. I went to scan a receipt & it said I had to update Pogo 1st. I just did the update & now it will not open up all the way. I get a purple screen that has a big P & that is it. I let it sit for several minutes & still did not load up. I reatarted my phone but it still does not work. Very bad update.
I've tried contacting support through the pogo app itself, but every time I select to attach an image of my issue, the app crashes or sends me back to the apps home screen. You can earn 50 pts just by downloading and interacting with the Google Chrome Extension. The app says it will take 30 days to process. I downloaded it on December 26th, and interacted with it before January, and multiple times since then. But now it's February 15th, and it still says pending.
Updated: dropped from 5 stars to 3.the surveys don't work if the reward is actually a decent amount - it just takes you through basic questions, forwards you to a new section with the same questions a few more times and when you finally get through those, it forwards you again and then just spins. Last survey was supposed to be 4k points, 29 minutes. I gave up on the spinning after 15. Hit the back button, of course no points. The other stuff may be fine, but don't waste time on surveys.
