App is somewhat clunky and disconnects after or during every series almost without fail. Also, when there's an erroneous shot reading, you can remove that shot, but it doesn't adjust the ES/SD calculation accordingly, and maintains an inaccurate and unhelpful SD/ES. For something as momentarily prolific as Labradar, you would think they'd be working overtime to address common bugs. There are much sleeker and seamless solutions coming fast. Do better Labradar. Your livelihood is at stake!
The App can use some work. It would be awesome if you could select a previous series and continue with new readings.. or the ability to merge series. I've tried several times to have the LR ask me projectile weight.. it works every 1 in 10 times.. If that's how it's going to work, at least have the ability to change it manually and have it compute the correct energy/PF. An amazing feature would be to have it give you the last reading (vel./dist.) it was able to capture!
Correction to previous post. There isn't any detailed instruction on operating the app after you've turned off the Labradar. At first it looks like you can't get to the series info without having the unit turned ON. BUT actually you have to DOWNLOAD all the series you want to look at later, while the unit is ON. Then when you turn it OFF, they still stay on the phone! If you know how to set the Bluetooth it is extremely efficient. You can now Name your shooting series. TAKES KNOW-HOW!
