Enjoy Jobber for the most part. Two complaints - phone app closes constantly between every viewing making work and road navigation difficult (have to wait each time for it to open while consulting project details or driving) and the front screen that shows all projects keeps scrolling to the end of the list (which allows you to add a new one, but doesn't allow you to see list of existing).
It's normally great, but since the last update, it has been annoying. When opening the home page, it immediately scrolls to the last part or last "+schedule a job." 9.9 times out of 10, i do not want this. I want to see my first appointment scheduled and in order of schedule. This has happened previously after an update. This is annoying and dangerous because i am attempting to get directions while driving, and i have to repeatedly attempt to get to the individual I am going to. Distracted!
This company has the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Customer service was based in Canada, and so not only do they speak English, they also have amazing accents. 😂 Product works great inasmuch as I used it. I canceled my subscription recently because I used it exclusively for itemized invoices, and then found my website I already pay for has that built in, so I'm dumb but also kinda sad to go! 10/10, would recommend.
