I mean, it works for what's absolutely necessary, like for taking calls in my case, but that's about it. I have all the updates for the app and my operating system, but whenever I go to use it, I can't even open certain pages like my voicemail because it just doesnt respond to me tapping many of the options on the UI. Update: I've been stuck on the account settings page because clicking the phone tab won't open anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, too.
Great tool. However, there is a problem that I only experience with Zoom. When I have 2 Bluetooth headsets connected to my Android, Zoom fails to connect to any of them and even when I disconnect one BT the mute function does not work correctly. Very frustrating especially since I take a lot of calls while commuting. I end up using the speakerphone feature. There way Zoom's support is setup it's impossible to get any real help. Just pointers useless articles.
Its a good app, but somehow they managed to break it. The app refuses to use my Bluetooth earbuds, making all audio go through my phone speaker, making it impossible to be in a meeting when there is family around. It's the most frustrating issue I have seen in any app, breaking one of the most important features may be the reason I switch to Google meet.
