Nice app but has some issues. 1. The "complete non-music version" is not completely music free (example قرية المكعبات). 2. My child doesn't like constantly being pushed to play games (the games screen appears after everything and the sound says والآن بعض الألعاب). 3. On the windows version, the weird vocals (paa ra ppa pum) don't stop when you turn the sound off from the top right and keep going even after you open any content. I have to refresh the window twice before it goes away.
Annual fees got increased without any notification, when I subscribed the annual fees was 30$ , after one year of subscription I found that 80$ was taken from my credit card without any notification that the annual fees was increased, I had sent an email to the team but I haven't heard back from them , the contact form in the app in not working, I had a bad experience and I had stopped my automatic renewal
The application is good but needs to work on performance. Also Support content based of children age. Also, try to provide story like experience through swipe app same way as swip on you tube shorts or stories. For songs, needs to allow play list mode.
