Edit: I contacted them with the info they posted in response to this review...They DON'T refund. They ignored my plea to at least get me back into the app so I can use what I paid for before it expires. Initial: The app is very glitchy. Messages from applicants lag, so you end up receiving them significantly late. I forgot my password, and both the "forgot password" and "change password" links are not working. It is also very difficult to contact someone for help with the app.
Unable to cancel subscription and no information on how to contact support. As someone who works in tech, their website and app seem to have a major glitch. Edit: The response from the developer is to reach out via Facebook? What on earth? I ended up emailing their entire corporate team and having someone do it manually on their end. Again, it's an issue on both the website and the app. Ridiculous.
Impossible to find one-time sitters. Posted 3 different jobs and was unable to hire anyone. I would get some sitters that responded a few times to messages, but flaked out once it came down to finalizing details. Most people are looking for full-time work, which I completely understand, but the last minute flaking is so unprofessional.
