The game revolves around the journey of a white blood cell, the player, in his fight against the invasive Bacillus-type bacteria associated with tuberculosis. Through a series of frantic battles, demonstrating a representation of the effects that tuberculosis can cause on the human body, the affected organs and how the effect of medicines distributed free of charge by the SUS increase the body's strength to defeat bacteria and that the misuse of these medications end up causing the bacteria to strengthen.In the home menu, the player has access to his inventory of permanent items, the patient's medication inventory and the skill tree.
When the player starts a run during which he can obtain temporary and permanent items, the temporary items remain with the player until the end of the run and the permanent ones go to his inventory.
