I enjoyed this app for general trading but then discovered when trading options, the "just because" fees are ridiculous and extortionary. For example, if you are buying options for $150, there's a technology fee for $6. Then, there's a transaction fee for $6.60. That's $12 only to open the order. The prices are the same when you are closing. Which totals $24 of margin that you have to surpass. While this isn't impossible to overcome, it's plain predatory.
Very low functionality. This app is missing some of the most basic functions of an investment app. You can't see your portfolio growth over time (just over the course of a day). The app is spammy. It's missing many coins. You have to log again even if you leave for a second. Etc. Just be better.
Overall misleading marketing practices. I mostly have been trying to use the visa card, but it hardly works anywhere, and there's all these claims about getting cash back but it's at very specific locations and not entire chains. Any money on the card is basically locked up with no way to withdraw it. The quests are expensive. Overall not a beginner friendly app and misleading in many ways. There are much better options available
