Higher level balls don't actually help you, balls still get stuck on obstacles even when maxed out, leveling up certain obstacles will cause the balls to clog up, the majority of upgrade cards are practically useless, even at max level, rewards are often not granted due to one reason or another, It's design encourages quick resets as playing for longer only seems to slow down prestige bonuses. Other than that I guess it's cool to watch the balls bounce around, but that's about it.

I'm pretty upset cause I paid for the add free bit and everything. I got a new phone and the apps layout completely messed up, I tried messaging support even including screen shots and all I got was "try zooming out, try resetting the app" the game still doesn't work and I can't get balls past the geyser obstacle regardless of how high I boost it. They stopped responding to my emails a week ago.

Fun game but it has had little to no updates in the past year. Balls and the Money Ball as of more recently are constantly getting stuck on obstacles. The game can't be played as intended, the higher-level balls are not beneficial to use and if you unlock them it actually slows your profit and prestige down. So people reset and only unlock the first few balls to get badges for only them. If you don't reset and lose progress, you get penalized with lower profit for playing the game as intended.
