Comments about Xinfrared(infiRaySearch) Android Version

Bad experience overall. Works for a while before freezing on pixel 3xl and crashes immediately after the animation on Unihertz Atom w/Android 9 & OTG. Can't get it to run on an x98 tv stick from usb to usb-c adapter (had to install the apk from thumb drive), despite it supporting OTG. For a device that costs $400 bucks, and claims needs android 6 only, this is turning into a huge disappointment. The bad part, is I have a working prototype for a product using the t2pro, but software is bad.

Please enable for T3S in addition to the T3. Date stamp is very useful (far better than rubbish xtherm app I have to use with my T3S. Ability to shift the thermal range coloring to 'zoom' in on temperatures would be useful. Seems to reset all setting randomly - please allow a set and save option. Otherwise both T3 and T3S proving invaluable on Bat Surveys :-)

Hope no one needs customer support because there is none I mean none at all!!! They do not stand by there products or are willing to remedy any issues, if you're smart you will return your device and save up for something that has a solid reputation. Was working flawlessly with my t2 pro now all of a sudden you open it and it says enable OTG and plug in hardware, not only on my phone but 6 other phones as well, all of which have OTG already there all the time, now this $400 unit is useless to me
