Our platform allows our users which consist of Homeowners, Business Owners, Landlords and Property Managers to easily book and manage all their service and renovation needs in one easy to use place! Our team actively monitors all service and renovation requests to ensure quick response times and increase customer satisfaction. Our system is all about communication and ease of use. Our push notifications along with text and email notifications keep our users notified about job status updates as well as chat and billing notifications. Address books allow our landlords and property managers to easily book a service at any one of their multiple locations quickly and seamlessly. The activities tabs helps our users track and manage current and recent job status and invoice details as well as communications with each jobs assigned providers. For our payment gateway we have integrated Stripe so our customers can be sure their payments are processed securely.
