Weight training note and display them in a graph.
You can check the Weight training results for each record in a line graph.

1. tap the +Add button
2. Tap the Weight training Action.
　Long tap/long press to set the current date.
3. Select date and tap Next.
4. Enter weight and rep, and tap OK.
5. Enter a note and tap OK.
6. Confirm and tap Done.


▼Weight training Graph(for each record)
Tap the upper graph to display a line graph of Weight training results for each record.

▼Action name change/delete
Tap each item at the top.
Tap the icon on the left side of the item name to open the menu.

The menu has the following items.
- Action name change
・Move up
・Move down
