VR Workout was created specifically so that Personal Trainer Vanessa Rossi students can view their workouts in a detailed and individualized way.

All workouts are made just for you, according to your goal and profile!

The main goal is to make a periodization of your workouts so that you reach your goals in the best possible quality! After all, there's no point in copying a ready-made workout from the internet that wasn't created FOR YOU. Remember, each person has individualities that make total difference in the search for results.

Within this platform you will fill in your anamnesis and in a few days you will have available:

- Your active workout
- Workouts separated by days of the week
- Written workouts with detailed sets and repetitions
- Video of all exercises with explanations and tips

When you purchase a new workout, your old workouts are saved within the app and you have access to them too.

Personal Vanessa Rossi has a degree in Physical Education in Brazil, a postgraduate degree in Biochemistry, Physiology and Sports Training from UNICAMP, she has the NASM license to work in the USA, among other courses taken during her 13-year career (such as: functional training , weight training, weight training for seniors, sports nutrition, bodybuilding, weight lifting, among others)
