The color of the arrow changes and always matches one of the colors of the circle. If the arrow is green and moves clockwise, then you must have time to click on it until it has passed the green sector of the circle. When you click on the arrow, it changes color to purple or blue and moves in the opposite direction. If the arrow is blue, then you need to tap on the blue arrow before it goes beyond the boundaries of the blue sector. If you manage to click on time, then the arrow changes direction and color again.
