VOICES platform, citizens report on what is happening in their communities; issues that are of the utmost concern, and post them. The platform then aggregates the data and lumps them into broad issues like civic rights, gender equality, social norms, environment, security, employment and job security, entrepreneurship policies, law enforcement brutality and so on. When these causes are mapped, I Am Vocal then engages with the parties that will proffer solutions to these causes.
These solutions are approached from either an academic, political or economic standpoints. In academic, further research is done on human behaviour that has given rise to the issues and the citizens are subsequently educated on measures to take that can tackle them. From the political angle, I Am Vocal seeks to resolve issues by leading movements that can inspire political reforms and inclusion of the polity. On the economic front, the organization , through the VOICES contact tracing, tries to either provide economic aid and relief, or seeks to champion actions that can result to beneficial economic reforms to the citizens.When all these are done, depending on which avenue is deemed most applicable, the VOICES platform also acts as a data repository. With sentiment analysis drawn from a cross-section of individuals, effective change can be initiated, as different, unbiased opinions are collated and used for projects.
