TimberScan Titanium Description
The TimberScan Titanium Mobile App is designed to allow users to process Accounts Payable Receiving tickets (Receivers) on a mobile device. The receiving ticket is a critical document that confirms the quantity of goods received vs. what was ordered. As the Receiver is processed on the mobile app, it references the Purchase Order from the accounting ERP and allows the user to edit/confirm each item from the purchase order. In many cases, when goods are delivered the receiving ticket compares the quantity ordered to the quantity received. While this process has typically been performed manually, or with a paper receiving document, The TimberScan Titanium Mobile app eliminates paper, replaces the manual intervention, streamlines the process, and makes the confirmation of what is received to what was originally purchased easy and efficient. Regardless of where the goods are received, the TimberScan Titanium Mobile app allows for entering received transactions from anywhere. The TimberScan Titanium Mobile app automatically syncs with the accounting ERP for which it is integrated and retrieves purchase order data directly to the mobile device.
