Three Letter Word Tester is designed to test and reinforce your knowledge of valid three letter words for Scrabble and other word games.
Select a dictionary and the app will show you a valid word or a plausible phony word. Then click on the "Valid" or "Phony" button and it will alert you to whether you are correct or not with a green check mark or a red X. The definition of valid words will also be provided.
For each dictionary, it will keep track of how often you are right or wrong as well as which words you guessed incorrectly. It will adjust the probability of showing you a specific word depending on whether you got it right or wrong in the past.
Choose from various dictionaries:
1. Scrabble Tournament Word List -- latest version: NWL 2020
2. Official Scrabble Players Dictionary -- latest versions: OSPD 5, 6, and 7
3. Collins Official Scrabble Words/SOWPODS -- latest version: Collins 2022
