Worst streaming app. After I paid for January and February months I am unable to access premium content. My monthly subscription is taken from my credit card, the app says I have already paid however the premium content is locked. Tried contacting sportsmax via email since mid January and no answer thus far

On multiple occasions, I have subscribed and was still unable to view content. Very unreliable. Do not depend on sportsmax for any big or important games. Customer care is non-existent. At least you cannot find them easily.....stay away. Just get a vpn and use an international app for sports stream

Bought a monthly subscription but the premium content was not unlocked. Really displeased about this. I want a refund Update: emailed them, and waited two days for a response. Didn't get any. I went ahead and requested a refund via Google Play. For anyone else going through this mess, just google "Google Play Refund request"
