Awesome app, great way to save what adds up to a bunch of money!! Edit: when you use this app to pay for fuel or food/drinks make absolute sure you have enough money in your bank account b/c they don't draw it out right away when you pay with the app. The payment process takes 2-4 days to clear & if you don't have the money in the account (I'm disabled & live on a tight budget) they will get denied the money for the purchase & keep sending the payment thru for $25/time try & they don't stop.
1st few years, it worked great with no problems. Now it has been over a year, and it still says connectivity error and won't work. I have tried everything under the sun to make it work, removing and re-downloading the app, turing my phone off and on , logging in on a different phone , and turing air plane mode on and off , keeping wifi off nothing seems to work. Tried at least 4 different locations periodically. When the app works, it is amazing, but when it doesn't makes one want to scream.
Is nice and easy to use IF you successfully set it up the first time and never run into any problems. However if you loose a card, or forget a pin, or need to reactivate an account... not so easy. While I understand security is important (which is extremely appreciated of course!), my busy schedule should also be taken into consideration and it should not take an act of Congress to get this up and running again. Have unenrolled and will be moving on, sad to say.
