RSN Portal for Rii Seez netz is a customer facing solution which will be widely used by all the customers of Rii Seez Netz. It will be a Self Care application whereby customers can manage their availed services or subscriptions. Customers will also be able to update their profile or any details from the portal itself in a few simple steps. They will also be able to make request from the customer portal such as relocation of installation address and billing address, new product order and product change. The portal has third party integration with IDMS, servicenow, websms and google address.
