PreAirQuality Description
What does this application consist of?
The system that the user accesses when using the PreAirQuality application is based on a network of two intelligent, autonomous and low-cost IoT devices, deployed at strategic points in the municipality of Puertollano. These devices are responsible for collecting air quality data so that the user can consult them in the application.
The objective that we pursue with this application is that the user is able to become aware of the levels of pollution in their surroundings. Based on the information collected by the sensors, as well as weather information, population density and traffic, and based on the historical data stored in the system, the user of the application can evaluate and analyze the impact of different corrective measures carried out carried out to improve air quality both globally and in a critical point identified in Puertollano. Using Artificial Intelligence, it is possible to simulate and quantify the results to be obtained with respect to the improvement of air quality under the implementation of possible improvement measures.
What functionalities does the application have?
The application is divided into three main functionalities:
• Daily statistics – The user can consult the pollution data for Puertollano in real time.
• Simulation model – The user can analyze how the variation in the concentration of particles in the air affects pollution.
• Predictive model – The user can, through Artificial Intelligence algorithms, make a prediction of air quality in the future. How do you get a free account?
The application can be used by anyone and its use is completely free. To obtain a verified account in the PreAirQuality application, the user must click on the "Login" button, and complete the necessary registration fields. Then the account will be verified in a short time and the user will be able to start using the application in its full version.

PreAirQuality is aimed at any sector of the population that wants to have a conception of the tools available to promote the improvement of their quality of life, industrial recovery and technological innovation, as well as climate neutrality with a mechanism that allows current pollution to be quantified. and predict the improvements provided by new processes or equipment oriented towards energy efficiency and the sustainable use of resources.
PreAirQuality has been the result of the collaboration between Smartech Cluster, Bit Genoma, ISFOC and TSD Consulting, and has been financed by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in the line of financing to support Innovative Business Groups in its call for the year 2021 .
