the total Service fee must be paid: ₱ 10,000 * 0.3% = ₱ 30
monthly interest shall be paid: ₱ 10,000 * 0.05% * 30 = ₱ 150，
monthly repayment bill including principle and interest shall be paid: ₱ 10,000/4 + ₱ 150= ₱ 2650，
total repayment bill including principle and interest shall be paid: ₱ 10,000 + ₱ 600 + ₱ 30= ₱ 10630.00
