In the beginning of Patched Willy's room there are several unconscious Captain Fiddleheads and three Cake Birds, the player rides one of the Opila Birds and yet Mr Grimm is still chasing us until a pile of moving sand comes by and Mr. Grimm got sucked into i1t leaving his hat fallen off and then Patched Willy appears which it was him that devour Mr Gimm.

When we get onto the tower we need to collect eggs until the player accidentally breaks the last egg revealing a baby Patched Willy and now Patched Willy is getting his indignation and goes for the player trying to attack the player with his tongue, then the player continues to run and there are disco balls in the tower, the player turns them on and spins around emanating lights to damage Patched Willy and slows him down until he crashes into the tower and swirls around the stairs.

But then there is a Stinger Flynn hot-air balloon, the player gets on it and flys off while Patched Willy is still chasing you, in this battle you will have to drop the toxic barrels into Patched Willy's mouth to slow him down and then shoot cannon balls at him but once the player reaches to the top of the tower. Patched Willy rises up and starts biting you by holding the Stinger Flynn hot-air balloon with his mouth then tosses you out of the tower until, yep the blue elephant himself as always arrives at Patched Willy's room and catches you from falling, then they are still being chased by Patched Willy.

Patched Willy launches Coach Pickles and the player up in the air and landed and tries to attack them but Nighty Boo's Mom came to the rescue as well and starts attacking Patched Willy, looks like Coach Pickles manage to calm her down as well just like when Smiley Miley calm Doom Doom down, but unfortunately Coach Pickles says that he can't go any further with us because something happened but he didn't have enough time to explain so he says that his wife Coach Pickaleena sent a message to tell him to come back as soon as possible and then he is taken away by Patched Willy so the player goes on Nighty Boo's Mom's back and flys to Coach Pickaleena's room but just as we arrive at the entrance of the room Dr Fluffypants is back and waiting for us to enter the room.
