In example; When a negative review is made another hard worker ,like yourself ,can make a decision, based off of others experience, whether they would like to render services for that customer or not. In return this will minimize the risk and potential loss for you. Another example: If a customer has a lawn care company come to their home and they are contracted to be paying $250 monthly, but they are not meeting expectation this can be noted about said customer, which will alert other potential business owners in the same field or abroad. Let’s face it, if they can’t keep their end of the bargain on lawn keeping more than likely they can/ will potentially fall short with other endeavors. This is vice versa as well for those great customers that keep us going and coming back for more! I, as a contractor, have seen it all. I have seen those business owners ripping off the customers that will always be talked about but never from the other side of the fence. No matter how good your intentions are, unfortunately, there will always be customers taking advantage of you. But, If we can come together, collaborate and leave honest reviews that will benefit us all. You can never lose money on a job you did not take.
