- Wholesale: This section is only for our wholesale customers. In this case we have a little bit of obligation. You need to open a separate account as a wholesale customer to purchase any wholesale product.
- Gift Corner: Through Gift Corner, any of our Customers from home and abroad can wish their loved ones by sending various gift items stored in this corner, starting from bouquet of flowers. Here need to complete in advance payment for Gift Corner’s gift items. When placing an order in the Gift Corner, there needs to mention sender’s name, relation between gift sender and gift receiver, receiver’s name, address of receiver, required receiving date and approx. time should be specified.
- Pre-order: Only advance orders are collected for the products presented in this section. And the delivery of the product is completed within a promised time. In this way our customers get the product according to their demand by adding very limited profit to the price produced. Which is beneficial for both our buyer and producer.
Following are some of our key focus areas in moving our e-commerce platform towards to our specific goals:
- Reaching the hands of the Customers of authentic products.
- To ensure the correct quality of the product.
- To ensure fair price.
- Commitment is the most important thing.
- To ensure delivery of goods to our Customers within 1 to 4 working days of confirming the order (inside Dhaka) and within 2 to 7 working days (outside Dhaka).
- Evaluate every word of our buyers and try to resolve any grievances very quickly and with utmost importance.
- If for any unfortunate reason the ordered product has run out of stock in our particular vendor, cancel the order by notifying the concerned esteemed Customer within 24 hours (maximum 48 hours).
- If our Customers return a product for any specific reason, the correct product must be delivered to them again within 7-15 working days. If for any reason we fail to deliver the correct product within the stipulated time, the money received from the Customer should be remitted to his bank account within 7-15 working days.
