OMNI.Tahoe Description
Welcome to South Tahoe's premier Hot Yoga & Fitness space, now in our new forever home location in the center of town! Enjoy 800 square feet of infrared heated studio as well as 500 square feet of boutique gym space. We offer a variety of classes in our heated studio such as Hot Vinyasa, Heated Slow Flow, Barre, Hot Tone & Sculpt, Detox & Restore (1/2 vinyasa 1/2 yin), and many more creative groups sessions. Members can utilize their own time in our gym space equip with free weights, kettlebells, TRX systems, a row machine, and a spin bike. Additions are slated for early 2023 such as two treatment rooms offering body work, nutrition services and healing therapies, also another 700 sq ft studio with 15' ceilings for pole, aerial, more dance and fitness classes and will be available for workshops to facilitate traveling practitioners, speakers, and healers of all modalities. More luxurious amenities like locker rooms with showers, a steam room will be added by spring of 2023. With all that we have to offer you will find OMNI to be a one stop shop for your therapeutic and movement needs while being accessible and attainable for our community.
