Noble Password Manager is a novel password generator application that is both deterministic and safe.

Deterministic because the passwords can be derived back even if the app is uninstalled/ deleted or if the mobile device is lost or stolen. This also means the password generation does not require online internet access. The passwords are generated in-app.

Safe because the passwords generated are completely random which limits brute force and social engineering attacks.

I developed this application because it was getting extremely difficult to remember so many different passwords for different websites and services. And it was not feasible to manually generate passwords and write them down offline somewhere. I also did not like the fact that so many different password managers stored the data online in the cloud. Few password managers were good though but I did not want to pay subscription and rolling fee. Other password managers that meet the above requirements but were not derivable. So if the app is removed from the device, or device is formatted or lost. All the passwords are also lost with it. Thus, the development of this app meant solving the above problems.

The user only needs to remember and keep safe the masterkey and master pin. Thus it is important for the user to choose a strong password and random 4 digit pin (this is different from the device pin).
