Need Help?! Sure!

Many of us have encountered a situation where we needed help, but you didn’t know where to find it!

It's even worse when you can't really pay for it...

What kind of help are we talking about? It could be anything, from the smallest (like borrowing a pump for a car or fixing a lock, for example) to more significant ones, like help with clothes, housing, medical assistance or with searching a missing person or animal, etc. 

Naturally, people do have really diverse and unpredictable problems!

But probably somewhere nearby there is that same person who would happily help You with Your problem - Your neighbor, or a woman from the next street.

And often ordinary people, like You and me, are ready to help those in need, even for free or for a nominal fee!

So, here we are! Our application "N-e-e-d Help?!" may assist You with searching for help among people nearby!

If You Yourself are a caring person and are ready to selflessly help Your neighbors with something, please declare this using our application!

In order to find some help, You need to create a Request in our application, describe Your problem and provide Your contact information. As soon as You have created and saved your Request, a corresponding marker icon (a man with a raised hand) will appear on the Help Requests map in the application.

After this, other users of our application will be able to see Your Request! All You have to do is wait until the person You need notices Your Request and contact You.

Of course, there is no guarantee that such a person will be found nearby for sure.

But the more people join our community of caring people, the more often those in need will receive help!

After all, You will help someone today, and someone else will help You tomorrow! 

And it is highly desirable to help for free or for a nominal fee.

So if You are one of such people, just install our application and create a Help Proposal in it. Describe what exactly You could help with to those in need near You, and provide Your contact information.

Your help might be very useful to someone sooner or later!

For both Requests and Proposals, You can specify a type, which will make it easier to find what You need (or to find You).

You will receive replies to Your Requests or Proposals in the application and by email (if You have registered in the application). Also, sent and received messages (responses to Requests and Proposals), as well as Your further communication, will be saved to the “Messages” page.

You can set different statuses for Your Requests and Proposals that will affect their visibility to other application users.

By the way, You don’t have to constantly “sit” in the application and search for new Proposals or Requests for help! Instead, You just need to subscribe (on the "Settings" page) to new Proposals and/or Requests (and filter them by type) in the area You specify. When new Proposals or Requests appear, You will receive notifications in the application or by email (if you have registered in the application).

To use our application, You don’t even have to create an account! All Your data will be stored in Your mobile profile linked to Your device.

Although it is still advisable for You to register an Account in order to store Your data more securely (and not to lose it even, for example, after replacing Your cell phone). You also will be receiving notifications by email.
