The app updates lately are just terrible! They've made everything so slow and now it keeps crashing every time I try to pay my bills. And don't even get me started on those lame excuses like clearing caches or resetting my phone. I mean, seriously? I've tried everything and it's still a mess. It's like they don't even care about the users anymore. And to top it off, I keep getting these stupid timeout errors. It's just unacceptable!

Was working fine for awhile however now it's very difficult to start and will hang when you click on view bills. Today after finally able to view bill and wanted to make payment it restart the app and throw me back to the first screen... A couple of time. Getting lousy app. How can I depend on such a mediocre app to view my bill????

Used to be great, check amd pay bill one time. Recently I paid bill but it got stuck. Now no trace of transaction on app like the bill amt got no deduction, but my bank bank successfully deducted, so annoying. Please don't tell me that I need to pay again, I want my money back. Just use jompay next time y'all 💁
