The app worked very well until 2021. It's been 2 years but still no improvement. I changed to a new phone so I need to re-login. The captcha doesn't work, just loading. It's not that complicated to make this kind of app. Please, government, invest more in this app development. We've been talking about digitalization but in reality most of digital services of the government doesn't work well. :(

The registration process is stuck in the cellphone number verification process. Have been waiting for a long time and repeatedly resending the code to the cellphone number. Messages are still not received at all, it doesn't work!. The result is that registration cannot be carried out. I have tried it on weekdays and weekdays, but there is still no code that goes to the number that has been entered.

At first it worked well, at least during the pandemic. However, it stopped working since a few weeks ago. The message displayed says "demi keamanan tidak bisa berjalan pada emulator...", while I was not using emulator, jes a regular android phone. I jes did it, using rootbeer apps n it says "not rooted", so why does the security error code still exist?
