LLOYD Description
The resources available in the Lloyd application range from simple management of open billets to opening the building's doors using the integrations available in the application. All with the same login and password, receiving push-ups for the most important issues, online access and in real time.
With the LLOYD app, condo life is much more peaceful.
Features (vary depending on the enabled plan):
- Complete registration of tenants, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit;
- Communication between superintendent and residents with pending control, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (in moderation);
- Party room reservations, changes and other agendas;
- Access to the regulations and other documents of the condominium;
- Monthly fee slips - interactive month-to-month accountability with attachments of receipts and online approval of the portfolio;
- View of the evolution of expenses by account and account group (Water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.) expenses;
- Compared budgeted versus realized (graphics and detailing);
- View of default (reports and graphs);
- Contract management with third parties;
- Management of preventive and periodic maintenance;
- Management and communication of fines and warnings with the right to defense;
- View of the relationship of employees and management of the condominium;
