The reward of the translation from ajrun (Arabic), and its definition according to Islam is a reward for the servant of Allah SWT who does good deeds and good things.
The reward itself goes hand in hand with one's good deeds. A servant who does good deeds as taught in the Qur'an and hadith, gets a good reward/reward from Allah.
The scales of good deeds that are heavier than the sins committed while living in the world, then, God willing, heaven will be obtained, and vice versa.
Rewards are God's secret. We cannot know how much the reward is for every good thing we do.
Our only obligation is to have faith (believe) and be pious (carry out orders and stay away from prohibitions) to gain the pleasure of Allah Subhanahu wata'ala.
