COLORIMETRY 5.0
IKARO represents an integrated colorimetric project composed of a formulation mobile app, spectrophotometer and order management software.
The Ikaro App is distributed in association with Ikaro Spectro (digital spectrophotometer) and can therefore only be used if you have the physical instrument for color detection.
The Ikaro system is made up of 4 interconnected pillars:
1) Mobile App
Smartphone app compatible with iOS and Android: Ikaro App
2) Spectrophorometer
Sphere spectrophotometer diameter 40 mm: Ikaro Spectro
3) Desktop software
Optional desktop module to manage orders coming from the app: Ikaro Order Sender
4) Cloud server
Server for the management of all connectable devices for color formulation: Ikaro Server
By connecting these elements it is possible to formulate and correct colors quickly and easily and it is equally possible to manage the end customer's color production order.

THE 4 STEPS OF USE:
STEP 1 - COLOR READING
After connecting the spectrophotometer to the Ikaro app via Bluetooth, it is possible to "read" the color of the sample to reproduce or choose a color from the color chart available.
The app manages, thanks to a smart interface and through guided paths, all the operations of: color reading, choosing the product to formulate and sending data.
STEP 2 - FORMULATION OF THE READING
The cloud server, through specific algorithms, carries out all the calculations and returns the formula for the color of the desired product and the quantity requested.
STEP 3 - PRODUCTION AND/OR CORRECTION OF THE FORMULATION
The color tint correction step to carry out quality checks on color productions.
By producing a sample of the previously formulated color, the app manages a possible correction of the same through a re-reading of the sample produced with the spectrophotometer.
STEP 4 - ORDER
As an additional module, the formulation can be sent to a retailer's PC
which can produce the requested order on your desktop PC.
