HyGuide Description
With the HyGuide app you can quickly, easily and completely free of charge create a cleaning and disinfection plan that is easy to understand for you, employees, colleagues or cleaning specialists.
How does the app work?
Simply take photos of the rooms and use your finger to draw colored lines on the surfaces to be cleaned. Each color is assigned an action that includes an activity such as "mopping" or "wiping" as well as a cleaning product intended for this purpose. Comments are also possible, for example "Let the sanitary cleaner work for a few minutes". You can take as many photos as you want and combine them into a single plan.
After completion, you can conveniently have the plan sent to you as a PDF file by e-mail and print it out for you, employees, colleagues or cleaning specialists.
You can also formulate general hygiene rules that will be added at the end of your plan.
If you are legally obliged to have a hygiene plan, you can also use this app to create your individual cleaning and disinfection plan.
