This app tracks your location in the background. This is required for the background location mode to support polygon geofences and nearby place detection, which cannot be accomplished with region monitoring or visit monitoring. This feature is used to ensure digital inspections can only be completed within a geofenced area (for integrity) and for the user experience to receive real time push notifications when entering a geofence.
