Employees have individual access to their own duty rosters. This makes it transparent for everyone to see what's coming up - whether it's early, late or night shifts, compensatory time off, substitutions or vacation. Each entry in the duty roster is immediately visible, with start/end times and break periods. And if you want, you can automatically synchronize all entries with your personal calendar.
Need to make changes? Simply send deviating working times to the planners from the road or at home. The old notification procedures are over - no more annoying phone calls, no more handwritten notes ... just enter the changed working hours in the app and tap send! All deviations immediately land with the responsible supervisors in the actual Geocon duty roster.
Planning vacation or requesting time off in lieu? Everything can be done on the go. Select the reason for absence, enter the start/end date, and send. Each request is listed directly in the profile of the assigned supervisor. Once approved, the absences appear directly in the Geocon duty roster. And of course, the employee receives a push notification about the approved request!
