As you know Mr. Tomato's Horror is feeding simulation game, you essentially just deliver Mr. Tomato the food he requests, whether it be whole or pureed.

The gameplay is fairly simple and terrifying. All you need to do is feed Mr. Tomato to satisfy his hunger. However, there are a few surprises and difficulties that add a little bit of excitement to the game, particularly when you give Mr. Tomato the incorrect food.

If Mr. Tomato eats the wrong meal, he will become more irate. If Mr. Tomato's anger meter reaches ten, the game's mood will drastically change. The player has effectively lost the game at this point. However, there is a possibility to carry on.
