The mobile application eZóna SSE is intended primarily for clients of Stredoslovenská energetika, a. s., who use any product from it, whether it is electricity, gas or other services.
Information for the customer from the household segment
On the home page, press the "Create a household account" button and after entering and verifying your e-mail, we will create an account for you in the SSE eZone. Once you've created your account, we'll guide you through activating it so that we can assign all your subscriptions (for SSE customers) to it, so you can take full advantage of its functionality.
After a successful login, you can start enjoying all the benefits of the SSE E-Zone.
Tip for you
In your account in the SSE E-Zone, we display all electricity and gas consumption points that have passed the authentication based on several data that you entered when activating the account.
However, if you do not see them all in the list and SSE is your supplier, they may not be able to match them based on the information you entered.
You can prevent this by updating the data for all your collection points (name and surname, telephone number, e-mail, date of birth) using the contact form in the SSE E-Zone.
Information for the customer from the business segment
To create an account, it is necessary to enter the ID number of your company in the Login name field and enter the one-time password that was delivered to you by post or when setting up a new collection point in the Password field. Once you've created your account, we'll walk you through activating it so that we can assign all your subscriptions to it so you can take full advantage of its functionality.
