ezAdu Description
The ezAdu application has been developed under the initiative of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) to enable users to make any complaints just by using a smartphone easily without having to go to the nearest KDPNHEP Office. Users can make a complaint in 4 simple steps, namely by entering the details of the complaint, filling in the complaint report and then marking the location of the complaint with a photo as evidence. Users can also check the status of the complaint and the action taken by KPDNHEP on the complaint.
